What you will do

  • Lead company-wide organizational diagnostics and implement restructuring and operating model improvements.
  • Establish and optimize the performance management framework, including OKR/KPI design and monitoring.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on people-related decisions and organizational risks.
  • Drive workforce productivity initiatives and develop metrics for people effectiveness.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing HRBP team across various geographies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience with substantial leadership in HRBP roles.
  • Must have prior experience in electronic payments, fintech, digital banking, crypto, or regulated digital finance.
  • Proven track record of partnering with CEOs, founders, and executive teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+) required for global stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional organizations is strongly preferred.
