Senior People Partner (Fintech): Serving as the dedicated HRBP for the Product and Engineering organization to translate business context into people decisions with an accent on organizational health, performance management, and leadership coaching. Focus on driving calibration cycles, analyzing attrition signals, and integrating AI into people workflows to optimize efficiency.
Location: Hybrid (Tuesdays through Thursdays in New York City, Manhattan HQ)
Salary: $155,000 – $175,000

What you will do
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align people decisions with business strategy.
- Coach managers to build high-performing teams and develop leadership habits.
- Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, including calibrations and feedback.
- Proactively track organizational health, engagement trends, and attrition signals.
- Collaborate on compensation cycles, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.
- Leverage AI to build repeatable workflows and smarter people processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience.
- At least one year of experience supporting technical organizations (Engineering or Product).
- Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to people decisions.
- Experience in high-growth environments building scalable processes.
- Must be based in New York City for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency with People Analytics tools or HRIS data extraction.
- Experience scaling teams during rapid headcount growth.
