What you will do

• Partner with business functions to ensure HR policies are aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic expertise in organizational development, global compensation, benefits, and talent development.
• Guide line management on performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Improve work relationships, employee morale, productivity, and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations.
• Provide guidance on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in internet companies or the blockchain industry.
• Hands-on experience leading HR initiatives from 0 to 1, particularly in succession planning and team evolution.
• Proven ability to independently influence and manage senior stakeholders.
• High resilience under pressure and strong self-motivation.
• Must be based in Asia.
