What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600+ employees within ADP.
  • Manage data entry for new hires, terminations, and merit increases.
  • Process commission payments and reconcile contractor payments.
  • Handle wire transfers for benefit plans including HSA, FSA, and 401(k).
  • Prepare and review manual checks for terminated employees across multiple states.
  • Train staff on ADP Time & Attendance and provide reporting to the accounting team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll or human resources experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in ADP Time & Attendance and payroll processing.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
