What you will do

• Manage daily payroll operations for a rapidly growing organization of over 10,000 employees.
• Validate accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments for multiple legal entities.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding paychecks, W-2s, and payroll-related matters.
• Maintain accurate tax records and conduct payroll tax research.
• Ensure strict adherence to U.S. payroll regulations, including FLSA and IRS guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations.
• In-depth knowledge of FLSA, IRS guidelines, and multi-state payroll laws.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM and ADP Smart Compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Must be based in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.
