What you will do

  • Support global employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other People systems with precise effective dates.
  • Coordinate new hire screening activity, tracking progress and escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Talent Acquisition, and People Partners to complete onboarding and leaver tasks.
  • Respond to routine People Operations queries via Gmail and Chat.
  • Support routine reporting, data checks, audit preparation, and compliance administration.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, HR, or office support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Proficiency with business systems, shared inboxes, trackers, and databases.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 6 months of specific HR administrative experience.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace.
