What you will do
- Support global employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other People systems with precise effective dates.
- Coordinate new hire screening activity, tracking progress and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Talent Acquisition, and People Partners to complete onboarding and leaver tasks.
- Respond to routine People Operations queries via Gmail and Chat.
- Support routine reporting, data checks, audit preparation, and compliance administration.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, HR, or office support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with business systems, shared inboxes, trackers, and databases.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- 6 months of specific HR administrative experience.
- Experience working with Google Workspace.
