TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Ipswich (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, contract generation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain high data accuracy within the Workday HRIS and perform regular compliance audits.
  • Support monthly payroll processes and benefits administration, including pensions and healthcare.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee and manager queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate new joiner inductions and liaise with IT, Facilities, and Security for equipment and access.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Ipswich
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards Level 5.
