What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the global IT team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.
• Manage global IT assets including systems, laptops, licenses, networks, and cloud-based applications.
• Administer Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune for configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
• Run an efficient help desk to provide high-quality technical support for end-users.
• Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, and Security teams to implement and maintain organizational access policies.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, including VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience in a modern enterprise environment.
• Proven experience in an IT leadership or mentoring role.
• Extensive experience managing Windows endpoints in Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure-based identity and access management.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise network management (VLANs, APs, Switches, Firewalls).
• Experience with identity and SSO protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Mac devices.
• Experience with AI platforms administration.
