What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Workplace Systems Engineers Group.
• Ensure high availability, stability, and reliability of related infrastructure systems.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, modernization projects, and technology migrations.
• Monitor team performance, set operational KPIs, and ensure adherence to service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to align IT strategy with business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or digital workplace.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, and Certificate Authority (CA).
• Proficiency in virtualization (VDI, VMware), server administration (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Endpoint Security (EDR), Application Control, and DLP solutions.
• Fluency in English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Master's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect: Associate or Professional.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE, Azure Administrator/Architect, M365 Expert, Security Engineer).
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or VMware certifications.
