What you will do

• Administer and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS systems across endpoint, server, and cloud environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including GCC High and Commercial environments, focusing on identity and security.
• Support Azure and AWS infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
• Implement secure configuration baselines, vulnerability remediation, and patch management standards.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on systems administration or infrastructure operations experience.
• 3+ years in a senior, lead, or infrastructure-owner capacity.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR/EAR export control restrictions.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in IT service management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft GCC High environments and security tooling (Intune, Defender, Purview).
• Knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, or other regulated infrastructure frameworks.
• Automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience supporting engineering applications like SolidWorks PDM or CI/CD tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or cloud-specific credentials.
