What you will do

• Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations.
• Handle hardware setups and account troubleshooting to deliver best-in-class support.
• Collaborate with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Windows Server technologies (AD).
• Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MDM/EMM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with video conferencing systems, specifically Zoom and Poly hardware.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
