What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS platforms.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft services, Google Workspace, and other tools using RESTful APIs.
• Automate operational tasks such as user management, notifications, and access workflows.
• Implement secure automation with robust logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual labor.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Automation).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, system integrations, and authentication basics (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• English: Intermediate (B1) level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Slack API, Microsoft Graph API, or Google Admin SDK.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Experience working in large-scale or multi-system environments.
