What you will do

• Provide comprehensive support for hardware, software, and network issues, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage the entire device lifecycle using MDM tools, procurement, and asset tracking.
• Administer IAM systems, including SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls using least-privilege principles.
• Optimize the core SaaS stack (Microsoft Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira) and monitor system performance.
• Implement endpoint security tools (EDR, MDM) and support audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Own IT procurement, manage vendor relationships, and track licensing and budget spend.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
• Experience managing SaaS environments and SSO platforms such as Okta or Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Proficiency in managing both Mac and Windows environments.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Nice to have

• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Scripting or automation experience using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with zero-trust security models and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience building procurement or asset management processes from scratch.
