What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned area through daily merchant visits.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and approximately 80 Sales Promoters.
• Ensure proper placement of promotional materials and program execution at merchant locations.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather market intelligence and resolve field issues.
• Conduct training and refreshment sessions for the field team to maintain high performance.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and track 1st billing data by merchant and promoter.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kediri, Indonesia.
• Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and regional operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media familiarity.
