What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned North Jakarta area.
• Perform daily merchant visits to ensure program effectiveness and target attainment.
• Manage, monitor, and conduct training/refreshment sessions for Sales Promoter Leaders and Promoters.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather market intelligence, competitor data, and field issues.
• Ensure the correct placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Analyze and monitor daily promoter activities and first billing data by merchant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably within financial services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and geographic areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Good communication skills and marketing expertise using social media.
• Must be based in North Jakarta, Indonesia.
