What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned area through daily merchant visits.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 55 Sales Promoters, 2 Sales Promoter Leaders, and 1 Merchant Relation.
• Ensure effective placement of promotional materials and program execution at store level.
• Coordinate with operational teams to gather market intelligence on competitors and field challenges.
• Conduct training and refreshment sessions for the field sales team.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and track 1st billing data performance.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and regional areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media proficiency.
