What you will do

• Drive and achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store PICs through daily merchant visits.
• Manage, monitor, and lead the daily activities of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Ensure the correct placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Coordinate with operational teams to monitor sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Conduct training and refreshment sessions for the field team.

Requirements

• At least a Senior High School diploma or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership, team management, and area management capabilities.
• Effective communication and social media marketing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work shifting schedules.
