What you will do

• Achieve regional sales targets and ensure program success in the assigned area.
• Conduct daily merchant visits and monitor the placement of promotional materials.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather market intelligence and resolve field issues.
• Manage and supervise Sales Promotor Leaders, Promoters, and Merchant Relations staff.
• Monitor daily activities and performance data of the field team.
• Provide training and refreshment sessions for promoters to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related sales field.
• Experience in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and regional operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and social media marketing skills.
