What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned district area.
• Conduct daily merchant visits and ensure proper placement of POP promotional materials.
• Manage, coordinate, and provide training for Sales Promoter Leaders and Promoters.
• Collaborate with partner operational teams to track sales, analyze competitors, and resolve field issues.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and track 1st billing data for merchants.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
• Must be based in Gorontalo, Indonesia.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams across a specific area.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
