What you will do
- Serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving conflicts.
- Manage HR systems, employee records, benefits enrollment, and reporting.
- Ensure seamless employee onboarding and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements and company values.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and communication.
- Structure teams for efficiency and scalability, defining roles and aligning talent with business strategy.
- Coach and support managers to build high-performing teams and address people-related challenges.
Requirements
- Must have 5-10 years of HR or people operations experience, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in UK HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, or technical teams.
- Hands-on experience implementing HR systems and processes in scaling companies.
- Exposure to European HR compliance and international compensation structures.
