TL;DR

Senior Specialist, HR Technology (Workday/ServiceNow): Supporting operational efficiency and employee experiences in HR by managing HR systems and adopting new technologies with an accent on system support, ticket management, and AI-enabled platforms. Focus on solving complex technical issues, optimizing HR workflows, and maintaining data integrity across Core HR and LMS.

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, UK

What you will do

  • Manage HR technology tasks, ticket triage, and incident resolution using ServiceNow.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Workday and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Develop and maintain HR system sites, job aids, process documentation, and training content.
  • Coordinate data audits, reporting, and UAT/testing for system configurations and mass transactions.
  • Guide privileged system users on data accuracy, integrity, and HR compliance.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging HR technologies and propose process simplifications.

Requirements

  • Experience with HR systems or HR operations.
  • Proven background in customer service or user support.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar incident tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR data design, system architecture, and business dependencies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and document findings.
  • Must be based in the UK (Leeds) for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile process delivery.
  • Familiarity with common integration tools and connectors (APIs).
