What you will do

• Manage annual renewals for international benefits programs including medical, retirement, and wellbeing.
• Oversee relationships with global brokers, consultants, and insurance vendors.
• Develop renewal strategies based on benchmarking, utilization data, and market trends.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of program competitiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead governance meetings and strategic discussions with external partners.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Finance to ensure effective delivery of benefits.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading complex benefits renewals and vendor management.
• Strong program or project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
• Experience working directly with brokers, consultants, and insurance carriers.
• Strong analytical skills using utilization, claims, and benchmarking data.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
