What you will do

• Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Mandarin Chinese and English for meetings, reports, and contracts.
• Coordinate executive calendars, domestic and international travel logistics, and itineraries.
• Manage office administration including supplies, vendor relationships, and shipping logistics.
• Facilitate communication between U.S. and international teams, partners, and vendors.
• Support HR, Finance, and Executive Management on cross-functional coordination and special projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal interpretation and written translation).
• Must be based in Beverly Hills, CA for full-time on-site work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or translation roles.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a valid passport for travel.
• Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to accommodate international time zones.
