What you will do

• Manage day-to-day SF headquarters operations, ensuring the office is immaculate, organized, and fully stocked.
• Oversee meal catering, snack orders, and general office maintenance to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate team outings, company parties, and in-office events in collaboration with the People Ops team.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, email, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary facility manager and liaison with building management for repairs and code compliance.
• Handle space planning and seating rearrangements, assisting with the build-out of expansion office space.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree.
• 0-2 years of work experience in a professional setting.
• Must be located in San Francisco.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a "do-whatever-it-takes" attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
