What you will do

• Plan and manage projects from initiation through to official launch, defining scope, workflow, budget, and resources.
• Monitor and manage project progress to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and continuously improve project processes based on evaluations and monitoring.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare detailed activity reports.
• Create presentation materials to support project socialization and process updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financing company with similar responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
