Account Executive Intern (Marketing)

Account Executive Intern (Marketing): Supporting the growth and retention of the client base by assisting account managers with customer service and sales materials with an accent on client communication and CRM data management. Focus on conducting market research to identify new opportunities and preparing performance reports.

Location: Hybrid in Jakarta, Indonesia (office attendance average 4 days a week)

Salary: IDR 2,000,000 per month

What you will do

• Assist Account Managers in providing high-quality customer service and support to existing clients.
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain and update client information within the CRM system.
• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and growth opportunities.
• Generate reports on client activity and performance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
