What you will do

• Define and maintain a long‑term AI vision for Global Operations aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop a world-class AI strategy focused on operational KPIs including yield, downtime, throughput variability, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee the engineering and operationalization of advanced AI products, including closed-loop decision systems and digital twins.
• Establish an internal and external AI ecosystem by building relationships with vendors, research institutes, and strategic technology partners.
• Guide and influence executives on AI-driven transformation strategies impacting physical operations and production performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior technology, manufacturing, or business leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions from concept through full-scale deployment in operational environments.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, predictive analytics, and decision intelligence.
• Strong business acumen to align AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes and KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or an MBA with a strong technology focus.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IoT/OT environments, and digital twin platforms.
