What you will do

• Own the technical win for strategic opportunities by partnering with Sales and Engineering to build and deploy AI agents.
• Serve as the primary executive partner to C-suite leadership at Fortune 500 companies to define their AI transformation roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents tailored to specific customer workflows and goals.
• Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks that scale across accounts and influence the core product roadmap.
• Direct cross-functional teams, including Forward-deployed engineers, to ensure successful delivery at scale.
• Run feedback loops into Product and Engineering teams based on real-world deployment insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-stakes roles such as engagement management, product management, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record of earning trust with senior executives and decision-makers at large organizations.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to design AI agent architectures and engage in technical discussions.
• Builder's instinct with a desire to design and implement solutions rather than just managing them.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work onsite as hirify.global is an in-office company.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math.
• MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
• Experience selling or deploying enterprise software at the Fortune 500 level.
