What you will do

• Lead, hire, mentor, and deploy Product Managers across strategic customer accounts.
• Identify patterns across deployments and determine which bespoke solutions should become part of the core product.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to align the product roadmap with market demand.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments.
• Represent field insights within Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 4+ years managing Product Management teams.
• Experience with forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting and implementation.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and the impact of data quality on model performance.
• Strong ownership and systems thinking, with the ability to navigate stakeholders from engineers to C-suite leaders.
