What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and deploy Product Managers across strategic Fortune 100 and government accounts.
• Analyze patterns across deployments to transition bespoke solutions into core product features.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to align the product roadmap with market demand.
• Provide technical and strategic oversight to resolve blockers in high-priority "red zone" deployments.
• Act as the primary voice of the field within internal Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 4+ years managing PM teams.
• Background in forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting/implementation.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of how data quality impacts model performance.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate stakeholders from engineers to C-suite.
