Senior Director of AI Products (AI): Leading a portfolio of AI-driven products and agentic workflows for Fortune 500 partners with an accent on customer acquisition, retention, and operational transformation. Location: Hybrid (Fort Mill, SC) — Tuesday through Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote. No visa sponsorship or corp-to-corp available.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead a portfolio of high-impact AI product initiatives to deliver measurable client and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities and build buy-in for AI strategies and investments.
  • Oversee portfolio budgets, resource allocation, and ROI evaluations to influence executive-level decisions.
  • Deploy agentic workflows and translate the Growth Operating System vision into practical, reusable market capabilities.
  • Manage and develop product leads, establishing high standards for product excellence and technical direction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Fort Mill, SC on a hybrid schedule.
  • No visa sponsorship provided (H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, TN not eligible).
  • Experience leading AI products from 0 to 1, from concept through to launch.
  • Proven hands-on experience with production-grade AI/ML systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction within complex B2B or client environments.
  • Experience managing other managers and coaching leadership behaviors.
