What you will do

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the GEO practice across pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors.
• Lead complex multi-country pursuits, craft executive narratives, and secure multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for the largest GEO accounts, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Build and lead a global team of GEO strategists, developing competency frameworks and onboarding processes.
• Establish rigorous delivery standards, quality benchmarks, and risk management protocols.
• Drive thought leadership through the creation of white papers, case studies, and strategic AI alliances.

Requirements

• Must be based in New Jersey (Hybrid).
• 16-17+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, content strategy, or management consulting.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles building and scaling digital practices.
• Proven expertise in life sciences GEO, including AI-driven search optimization.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, BrightEdge, GA4, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot.
• Deep familiarity with pharma/medtech regulatory environments (FDA, EMA, CDSCO).

• MBA from a top-tier global business school (Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg, or equivalent).
