What you will do
- Develop and manage annual budgets for offline paylater channels, including revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the Risk team to define merchant pricing strategies and promotional activities based on risk exposure.
- Define sales team headcount and organizational structure in alignment with business strategy.
- Coordinate with performance monitoring teams to review store-level targets and sales team productivity.
- Analyze and propose offline business area expansions, ensuring operational readiness for go-live.
- Propose and implement reward and punishment mechanisms for sales teams and merchants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or performance monitoring within banking, multifinance, or paylater industries.
- Strong understanding of lending business processes and financial metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in performance reporting and database monitoring.
- Background in supporting campaign and promotion management.
