What you will do

Conduct comprehensive training sessions for sales promoters covering hard and soft skills.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales promoters in the field.
Audit sales promoter competency to ensure alignment with company standards.
Develop and refine training materials tailored for sales teams.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major.
At least 3 years of working experience in a financial company.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an area sales leader or sales trainer.
Proven ability to develop training materials for sales promoters.
Background in Sales within Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) is preferred.
