What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for sales promoters covering both hard and soft skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales promoters in the field.
- Audit sales promoter competencies to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Develop and refine training materials tailored for sales promoters.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a financial company.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an area sales leader or sales trainer.
- Proven ability to develop training materials for sales teams.
- Experience in Sales within Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) is preferred.
