What you will do

• Manage a team of Business Development specialists to grow the merchant partnerships business.
• Drive end-to-end merchant acquisition from lead generation and commercial negotiations to launch.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential retail partners.
• Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with new partners.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive trends.
• Collaborate with internal Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful partnership launches.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Vast network of contacts within the retail commerce sector.
• Adequate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Result-driven mindset with a passion for networking and execution.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Banking (EDC/Acquiring) or the Payment Gateway business.
