What you will do

  • Generate new business by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, and closing new Employee Benefit accounts.
  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business.
  • Build and maintain an existing client database, ensuring strong relationships and oversight of account activity.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios by offering additional EB products.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing clients while adhering to internal procedures.
  • Provide insurance consultancy services and collaborate with internal teams (claims, placement, finance) to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Employee Benefits or equivalent within an Insurance Company or Brokerage.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business and maintaining employee benefit insurance for large corporations.
  • Deep knowledge of Employee Benefit products, specifically Health Insurance Policy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience preparing professional presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
