What you will do

• Generate new business opportunities by contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, and closing new Employee Benefit accounts.
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies to increase the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive account database and manage long-term client relationships.
• Upsell other Employee Benefit products to existing clients to grow business value.
• Manage the renewal process and ensure all internal compliance procedures are followed.
• Provide professional insurance consultancy services to add value to corporate clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an Employee Benefit Staff in an insurance company or brokerage.
• Proven experience maintaining employee benefit insurance for large companies.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Benefit products, specifically Health Insurance Policy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience preparing professional sales presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and books of business simultaneously.
