What you will do

• Manage daily relationships with brands and store-level contacts in electronics and furniture categories.
• Acquire and onboard new brands and merchants into the Indodana system.
• Design and implement national and local promotion programs with retail partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to execute retail campaigns and subsidies.
• Track sales performance and provide reports on category growth and partner contributions.
• Monitor subsidy utilization and ensure timely claim reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
• Experience in finance, banking, electronics, furniture, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
• English: C1 (Fluent oral and written) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct data-driven analysis.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
