What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for partners.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess partner needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and CS to monitor QRIS settlement reporting and reconciliation.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing merchants to maximize revenue via QRIS campaigns.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with partners.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and account management achieving revenue targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep industry knowledge of the Banking and Payment industry.
