Merchant Relation Officer

Focus on onboarding store staff, executing promotional programs, and expanding the merchant network in the Ternate region.

Location: Must be based in Ternate, North Maluku, Indonesia

What you will do

• Maintain strong relationships with SME offline merchants utilizing the Merchant App.
• Drive and achieve sales targets within the assigned Ternate area.
• Conduct training sessions for store staff on how to use the Merchant App.
• Ensure the correct placement of POP promotional materials within stores.
• Implement and socialize promotion programs to store personnel.

Requirements

• High school or diploma degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience for high school graduates; fresh graduates are welcome for diploma holders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
• Ability to handle and travel within the Ternate area.
