What you will do

  • Pitch, negotiate, and restructure commercial deals with financial institutions by analyzing their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute provider account plans to meet and exceed growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with P&L decision-makers and key economic buyers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify and pitch co-branded campaign opportunities and branding initiatives to existing partners.
  • Coordinate business development strategies across internal marketing and product teams regionally.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management roles.
  • Proven experience in credit card account management or partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of retail banking products and digital marketing processes.
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and securing commercial deals.
  • Strong communication skills to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and head-level decision-makers.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

  • BA or BSc degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
