What you will do
- Pitch, negotiate, and restructure commercial deals with financial institutions by analyzing their business objectives.
- Develop and execute provider account plans to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with P&L decision-makers and key economic buyers.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and pitch co-branded campaign opportunities and branding initiatives to existing partners.
- Coordinate business development strategies across internal marketing and product teams regionally.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management roles.
- Proven experience in credit card account management or partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of retail banking products and digital marketing processes.
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and securing commercial deals.
- Strong communication skills to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and head-level decision-makers.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
Nice to have
- BA or BSc degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
