What you will do

• Coordinate collection activities for unsecured products to prevent accounts from flowing down to charge-off.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of the collection team to ensure high productivity.
• Perform process re-engineering of collection workflows to improve efficiency.
• Track and plan capacity to ensure adequate collection resources at all times.
• Design, document, and evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies through champion & challenger tests.
• Prepare and interpret in-depth reports on unit activities for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Collections.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Desk Collection Supervisor or Manager.
• Strong understanding of collections activities and processes.
• Sound people supervisory and managerial skills.
• Advanced communication and analytical skills, including experience developing performance reports.
