What you will do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities and cash collection for assigned portfolios according to payment terms.
• Reconcile AR statements and monitor payment schedules to ensure KPIs are met.
• Detect and resolve disputes efficiently to minimize exposure to large or long past-due amounts.
• Identify and streamline roadblocks in the order-to-cash process through partnering and influencing.
• Build partnerships with customer finance, Accounts Payable, and procurement teams, as well as internal sales and logistics teams.
• Analyze account trends and provide regular reporting and updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Relevant work experience in finance or business operations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Penang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
• Proven success in implementing AI or automation solutions (e.g., generative AI, Power Apps, UiPath, KNIME, Python).
