What you will do

• Manage daily crypto liquidity and monitor wallet balances across blockchain networks and custody providers.
• Execute crypto settlements and fund movements in accordance with the approval matrix.
• Perform daily reconciliation of crypto balances across on-chain, custody, and internal systems.
• Oversee user and company wallets, ensuring strict separation of funds.
• Coordinate wallet replenishment and escalate potential risks associated with unusual fund movements.
• Ensure accurate reporting of crypto transactions to relevant regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance Operations, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and fund flow processes.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas for reconciliation.
• Knowledge of crypto wallets and blockchain transactions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with crypto or digital asset exchanges.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, and Travel Rule regulatory requirements.
• Experience with multi-signature wallet setups.
• Experience supporting external or regulatory audits.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
