What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 110 people and 6 Team Leads to execute collections strategy.
• Meet recovery targets by bucket and channel with validated quarterly plans.
• Optimize agent performance and maintain high engagement scores within the team.
• Ensure customer NPS/CSAT targets are met while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
• Co-design 4 strategic initiatives annually with Intelligence, Risk, WFM, QA, and CX teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia
• 4+ years of experience in collections operations within financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience leading teams of 80+ people with an intermediate leadership structure.
• Deep command of collections KPIs including roll rates, contactability, and net recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian collections regulations (Ley 2300, CE 026).
• Ability to diagnose underperformance patterns using data and implement action plans.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for process automation.
• Functional English proficiency.
