What you will do

• Manage and optimize a DACH partner portfolio, including large accounts, to boost performance and revenue.
• Onboard new partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and guide them to success on the platform.
• Bridge business and tech by collaborating with Technical Account Management to configure partners, run test bookings, and ensure seamless integrations.
• Use data analysis and metrics to identify errors, improve online visibility, and enhance booking quality.
• Upsell and upgrade existing collaborations by promoting hirify.global Payments and improving commercial conditions.
• Maintain CRM workflows, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with partners to keep onboarding on track.

Requirements

• Near-native German skills and fluent English skills.
• Degree in Business, Tourism, IT, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in data analysis and connectivity, with comfort working in digital tools and resolving integration challenges.
• Ability to build high-trust relationships across the DACH market, from tech-savvy startups to traditional family-owned enterprises.
• Data-driven, process-oriented mindset to prioritize work and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Hands-on, proactive working style with strong time management and independence.
