What you will do
- Develop and execute partner sales strategies for the Enterprise and Commercial segments to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable SIs, consulting firms, ISVs, and VARs.
- Set and monitor partner revenue targets and collaborate internally to accelerate deal conversion.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to implement partnership programs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
- Analyze partner performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of partner experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in the DACH region.
- Strong network of partner contacts and demonstrated ability to recruit high-potential partners.
- Understanding of AI technology basics and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German.
- Flexibility to travel up to 40% for key meetings and industry events.
