What you will do

• Own Salesforce configuration and administration including flows, validation rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Manage project intake and delivery from scoping through launch and stabilization.
• Partner with RevOps analysts and GTM teams to translate workflows into Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain documentation and institutional knowledge for system configurations and changes.
• Ensure data quality and system health by monitoring and cleaning up issues proactively.
• Utilize LLMs and AI tools to enhance investigation, documentation, and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Austin, TX or remote within the United States
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator required
• 3+ years of Salesforce configuration experience with strong proficiency in architecting solutions.
• Experience with RevOps tech stack including Zendesk, Totango/Gainsight, Gong, BigQuery, and BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and light scripting or SQL for analysis.
