What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end technical solution design for Agentforce, including topics, instructions, and automation.
- Explore Agentforce boundaries to develop novel solutions that drive specific business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to translate business needs into architecture.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial design through development and final deployment.
- Maintain expertise in new Salesforce products and evolving technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
- 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce development role.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience developing Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Visualforce.
- Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Agentic AI systems and Generative AI capabilities.
- Salesforce certifications, specifically Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
