What you will do

• Drive the solution for and build Agentforce-powered experiences for users.
• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence.
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Ability to drive requirement gathering.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Agentforce, other Generative AI driven platforms, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Next Best Action.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end-user experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
